New Year Resolutions Danger!

Read recently that making New Year Resolutions is not good for your mental health(unless you are SURE that you can carry them out!)…Just imagine if you make resolutions & they do not work out. You might be frustrated, lose self-confidence, become negative or whatsoever. This is based on new psychological research (if they had asked me, I would have ”enlightened” them…I have much experience in making & breaking them!What a waste of research money!). Advice : do not make resolutions or force yourself to stick to them(creates tension!)…..just relax, make a list of things you want to achieve in 2009, BELIEVE in them & do what you think is right or needs to be done but if they do not work out, it does not matter…time is not in our hands, carry on believing &  continue next year! Happy New Year!
