Bananas anyone?Eat one a day!
Do you like to eat bananas? Hopefully you do. Bananas are good for your health and happiness
Here is a small list :-
a) are you depressed? no problem. just eat a banana
b) need an instant boost of energy? take a banana(2 bananas are equivalent to a 90 minute workout of energy!)
c) PMS : do not take a painkiller; enjoy eating a banana instead
d) suffering from nerves : eat a banana
e) stress : eat bananas
f) bad hangover : take a banana milkshake sweetened with honey…
Can you wonder now why monkeys are so very happy????
A banana a day keeps the doctor away. It is also keeps smiling everyday!
It is time for my dose of banana….
